Your favorite zombie movies

Now I hate it when a zombie movie takes 45mins for the shit to hit the fan some of the best ones the shit starts during the intro or within the first 10mins but my two favorites don't, they just end so awesomely that it makes up for it:

Dead Snow
&
Dead Alive

so what are your favorites & why?

Dead Snow was the Norwegian/ Nazi flick, right? It was ok in parts, kinda fun...

Some of my favourites include:

Night of the Living Dead
Dawn of the Dead
Cemetery Man
Plague of Zombies
Zombi 2

Outside of Night of the Living Dead, my favourite zombie flick is The Video Dead. Great Fulci styled zombies, creative and unique ideas (story is not all that creative, just certain aspects are awesome) and tons of nostalgia.

White Zombie and Fido.

Besides the classics, I really like Cemetery Man and Wild Zero.

I have a taste for cheese

I know the movies I like are cheesy but I would rather see people fighting zombies than spending the whole movie running & hiding from them and then just end it with a big ass explosion.

Night of the Living Dead. likes- Movie stays very realistic, kind of a "the birds" vibe. creepy fitting soundtrack, good pacing. not well developed characters, but very believable, and you care about them.

Return of the Living Dead: Just a really fun movie with a great cast, great storyline, and a great soundtrack

Doghouse: Fun British Zombie comedy

Dawn of the Dead ('04 reboot): Greatest remake/reboot ever

Zombi 3: WHile Zombi 2 gets a lot of attention because of the swimming zombi, its very plodding and dull in some parts. I find Zombi 3 a lot more entertaining

Land of the Dead: Most thought provoking zombie movie, and one of the only zombie movies that makes you really wonder who the true monsters are.

28 Days Later would be very close to one of my all time favorite zombie movie.
