Hello horror lovers!

Hello darklings! I'm a newbie here, just introducing myself. About me: a huge horror addict and lover of gothy things. I thought it might be fun to join the support group and talk about my interests with people who are into scary movies and similar stuff as well.
Looking forward to talking with you guys! ::wink::
Best wishes,
Maila

Hello and welcome. I remember there was a person on youtube who called people darklings. Perhaps it's just common to horror fans though.

Hello Bloof, Sculpt, hammerfan and ImmortalSlasher and others who looked here. ::wink::
I'm slowly getting into that forum. I type something here and there from time to time. Probably because of sitting at home currently and having much more time to watch horror movies and stuff like that.
ImmortalSlasher, I heard the phrase "darkling" from some people on the Internet, but unfortunately I don't remember who was the first person to use it. I like the idea of that word describing someone who likes spooky things. It's accurate and cool, I think, so now I'm using it as well.

Found her.

She hasn't posted anything in a long time. I only found her videos back then because I was looking for reviews on The Thing remake / prequel.

ImmortalSlasher, I rarely watch movie reviews on youtube. Cinemassacre is an exception (Monster Madness ::love::).
So to be honest, I don’t know Jill. Looks like lots of people borrow this term. I checked that e.g. The Gothic Alice also greets with “hello darklings” and I’m 100% sure I heard it from others on the Internet as well.

I don't check youtube reviews much either. I've never seen anything from Cinemassacre. I think I found TheJillKill because of another channel that found or picked up old cartoon DVDs called Zaranyzerak. He does October Halloween reviews and did a really good Thing 2011 review. So I have a feeling JillKill was in the suggested channels / videos after watching Zaranyzerak.
