Amen to that. There's so very many good stories being written (and pitched) out there...and the studios make the financial decision to play off the name of an existing title than take a chance on an unknown.
I've seen them. I've READ them. And it's discouraging to see the bean-counters and politics have so much say on what ultimately gets produced. :( |
