...are films I'd recommend that I first saw on Netflix.

There's a lot more that were OK to pretty bad, that I wouldn't recommend like They Look Like People, The Collector, Would You Rather, Cube2 & 3.
I actually watched Cube on the SciFi channel years ago and it was really good. :)

Ever see John Dies at the End? I think it's really slick. It's kind of a mix between Bogus Journey and Evil Dead 2.

I really liked Hush, Train to Busan, The Switch, Creep 1 and 2, The Invitation, and The Conjuring.

Quite possibly the worst written horror film I have ever tried to watch. I just love how the writers made the parents seem like they didn't give a flying fuck about the well-being of their daughter.

The Stranger (1946), written, directed, staring Orson Welles, also has Edward G Robinson. Very good. It's a thriller with some horror aspects.
