Looking for the name of a special horror movie
 

Hello, I am looking for the name of a special horror movie that was released some time in the 1980s, where the plot of the movie is about a man who is named Mr. Anderson who looks a little bit like the guy on the attached image (just with short hair), and this guy was an alien (I think) who disguised as a human, and he ate his women victims on some of the horrific scenes. The worst scenes happened somewhere in a cabin in the woods, I think, and he seduced women and when he was going to sleep with them he ate them instead. On a particular scene, a woman came in the room and found Mr Anderson eating her friend, and saw him with blood pouring down his mouth on his chest, houling at her and then chasing her. Does anyone have any idea which movie this can be, and what it's name is?
