JIMI HENDRIX (1973). Documentary of the amazing guitarist, released a few years after he passed has several interviews with friends, family, bandmates etc.

More importantly, it has some astounding footage..."Wild Thing", "Rock Me Baby", "Like A Rolling Stone" (Monterey Pop), "Machine Gun" (Band go Gypsys) and "The Star Spangled Banner" from Woodstock, to name a few.

I've just watched a Ghoultown gig on YouTube. Hope they make it over to UK after all this has blown over.

Heart on a College TV station called AFTER HOURS in 1976 for DREAMBOAT ANNIE. Excellent footage, great playing by all and Ann Wilson also has a wonderful voice and is a vision of loveliness.

THE WHO LIVE AT KILBURN- December 1977 show that supposed to be in THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT, but consider a "Disaster" and footage for the film was completed in May 1978. Think this is pretty damn good and Keith Moon is playing better than on TKAA.

AC/DC Live at The Capital Centre 12/21/1981- Not really a DVD, but watched this on YOUTUBE yesterday. It will be 40 years ago tomorrow that I was there::shocked::...can't believe it's been so long ago. Was a Huge fan by this time and determined to see them. Skipped class to wait at the arena (sadly gone by 2002) in chilly weather, sipping booze from other people's flasks, show sold out when I was almost at the ticket window, but second show added and got a good seat on the floor.

Do recall I had a WONDERFUL time here, although my Date certainly didn't (Girlfriend I had broken up with and trying to re-kindle the romance-what better place than an AC/DC show, right?). Best part of the show was during "Let There Be Rock" when Angus Young sat on a Roadie's shoulders and went into the crowd. Thought he would circle around, but went down the aisle I was sitting in and probably not more than 2 feet or so away. I touched him on the shoulder and got shoved away by Security, but people behind Me stopped Me from falling. Very cool seeing myself on the video, although it was brief.

Have seen a lot of shows over the decades and still have to declare that the was THE BEST show ever for Me. SO pumped up, SO Sweaty and Such a good performance by "The Thunder From Down Under".

REO Speedwagon-Live in 1981. Well shot and good performance by the group, no doubt helped by the fact HIGH INFIDELITY was on its way to being a smash, after years of gigging. Gary Richrath was an amazing player.
