So anyplace outside the UK more than likely hasn't had this show aired yet, but lets say one could obtain it from certain torrent sites, if one were so inclined.

Billed as "heroes" meets "skins".
It's pretty funny, not overly reliant upon effects, and actually has decent and interesting storylines around a group of community services workers who in a freak weather event gain some "not so ordinary" superpowers.
It's a cool ride for a show, quite weird too...

All I can say is, give it a look, I recommend it.
