Most recently, I read the first three trades of
Saga, written by Brian K. Vaughan and illustrated by Fiona Staples. I absolutely adore this bizarre space odyssey.
Also, the first trade of
Rat Queens by Kurtis J. Wiebe. I absolutely ADORED this comic. If you're a fan of dungeon-crawlers and RPG's then this is a must-read for you. Well-written cast of badass female adventurers - I can't wait until the next TP is published.
Hawkeye, Vol. 1: My Life as a Weapon by Matt Fraction. This was a fun read. Not necessarily something that I'd continue (I worry that it'll get repetitive) but I like the fact that it's just about Hawkeye during his downtime. Little adventures. Personally, though, I'd prefer a Kate Bishop-centric comic.
