[Don't Go In The Basement]

Been looking very hard for this and hoping someone real can help, as google isn't. I know it was an anthology, with each story drawn by someone different, and that the main character wore... a mask, i think. All I remember the most from it, is that this main character cut off the face off some guy's wife and ate it, and before eating it, challenged the guy to find him before he was able to do so... anyone think they know what I'm looking for?
