THE RELIC (1997). This could be sub-titled "ALIEN in The Museum". While this isn't great, it's certainly not as bad as many of the reviews I've read on it. If nothing else, Stan Winston's effects work is badass. I think because my copy was so dark, I didn't like it as much as I thought I would.
Have been to the Chicago Field Museum a couple of times when I lived above the city (1976-79) and thought it really good, especially the T-Rex skeleton that greets You as You walk in and we only get glimpses of it in the film. **1/2
