For sports: the ESPN family of networks Fox Sports Midwest MLB Extra Innings ESPN Game Plan (College FB) ESPN Full Court (College Hoops) Everything Else: History Channel History International Military Channel USA (for the 4400) Turner Classic Movies Sci-Fi all of the movie channels, but especially HBO for Deadwood, the upcoming Rome, (and Carnivale, damn you HBO!)
