Wel, it could be they all end up ghosts and the next season we find a new family moving into the house.

I was also really impressed with Taissa Farmiga's performance in this episode.

^^ Totally. Taissa Farmiga really gave a solid performance.
Great episode. I was losing a little bit of interest in the show and thought it was fizzling out (the last shitty reveal made me lose some faith) then BAM they hit me with a pretty cool twist (that was sort of obvious when I think about it but it still came as a surprise). |

Hopefully they will. It's a show that could slide either way. I can see them letting it get to OTT to take seriously at some point... but then that's part of what I like about it so much. Quite a trashy soap opera at times but so entertaining.

Pretty good episode last night. Nothing spectacular (although I thought Ben's dramatic scenes were actually rather well-done and effective, as opposed to, say, vigorously masturbating while crying), but a good lead up to the two-hour finale. I also just read that the show was supposed to feature a new cast every season, and their struggles trying to deal with and live in/leave the house. So the fact that Vivien is also dead is a bit disappointing, because it seems like they're abandoning that idea, and slowly shrinking the universe of this show. I guess it's not necessarily a bad thing, but I do think it will make keeping the show compelling a bigger challenge.
