$5 each at a local antique dealer. The comic is especially nice. Not only does Joe Kubert do the cover he supplies the story art too.

IMAGES OF NIAGARA FALLS. We went here before MONSTER BASH last week and photos are magnificent, but pale next to the real McCoy,
Lots of books at MONSTER BASH< mainly McFarland Press at 25% off HOLLYWOOD CAULDRON-Greg Mank picks 13 films to cover from the 30's-40's. Greg is my favorite author on this subject: He knows his stuff and doesn't overdwell on dirt, unlike Tom Weaver. Also love his film commentaries MY LIFE WITH THE LIVING DEAD-John Russo. Autobiography from NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD co-writer, director, rauconteur. CHARACTER ACTORS IN HORROR AND SCIENCE FICTION FILMS-Laurence Raw. HORROR FILMS OF THE 1970'S and HORROR FILMS OF THE 1980'S two volumes each by John Kenneth Muir. THE VERY WITCHING TIME OF THE NIGHT-also Mank. |
