The 3rd season was definitely the poorest of the seasons but it was in no means bad. Just not as great in comparison especially since the second season was amazing.

I didn't like:
*Sookie...well, living up to her name... *The main content, actually this whole season has been pretty weak in terms of an ongoing storyline. I DID like: The sheer amount of death and carnage throughout the episode and especially in the last 10 minutes. The way they've set up elements for the next season that hopefully they'll handle well.

It definitely didnt feel that big but it was more exciting then last season's finale and like Cheeba said, i liked the death and carnage and the build up for next season which was fantastic.
Sookie living up to her name? Not sure what that means. |

Being a sook.
*** Don't read on if you haven't seen the finale, people. *** Bawling her eyes out when she had to make her "big decision". She's barely even spoken to Bill this whole season while he's largely acted like she doesn't exist either, and Eric at very least has to be nothing but confusion and factors of paranoia with his "return", despite the current situation. Yet when she simply makes the logical decision to be on her own, it's all tears. Crying for Tara when she was seemingly capped I get... Seeing the grandmother not so much, I mean emotional sure but c'mon how much time does she need? She got to see her in the afterlife and all, she should count herself lucky. But it's all like "NOOOO don't leave me ghost gramma!!!". So that's two unjustified sooks out of three. Considering all she's been through in this show, maybe she'd be just a tad more hardened. Other than, no real complaints...just that the overall storyline of this season was shit. Also, very glad that both the vampire media whore and the annoying werewolf bitch have been taken care of...two shitty elements un-needed. I very much look forward to a better season next time, they've certainly made things interesting. *** Don't read this upwards either if you haven't seen the finale***
