Dracula, Phantom (from Phantom of the OPera), and Frankenstein are my favorite classic horror monsters.

If I had a fave top 5 classic monsters they would be
1 Godzilla
2 Werewolf
3 Dracula
4 KingKong
5 Frankenstien Monster
You will note of the 5 listed all have been in dozens of movies except Kingkong. Kong is on the list even though he is in 7 movies he is a big influence in the genre.
