Printable Box Art?

I'm looking for the box art for some old PSX, PS2 and XBox games that I would be able to print and make my own boxes for them. I bought a lot of these used and in discount bins, some rare ones online, but I didn't receive the art.

Where is a site that would have the ones I need?

Where can I get the multi-disc boxes for my games that have more than 1 disc?

What kind of paper would be best for doing this and making them look as close to new as possible? (I have some photo paper, but everything comes out orange or pink when I print it.)

What would be the proper size for doing these? Is there a template program I can use?

Where can I find Templates for DVD slim cases?

Look at the PDFs for the manuals, I just chck out the batman begins and it has the art included. Although I guess I'm thinking more when the only art was the manual cover that you saw through the plastic case heh.

Yeah, I'm looking for the back and inside of the box as well. If not the inside, just the front and back.

I don't know if you're using firefox but it doesn't seem to work well with that browser. Seems to work fine with IE though, that's where I got this (and edited the site tag out).
