Sleepy Hollow - TV Series

This show and season turned out far better than I expected. I'm surprised that no one made a topic on it. There are a few slow episodes and I don't want to spoil anything in the slightest way for those who haven't been watching. But if you haven't watched this yet, it's best to watch at night and watch a few episodes at a time. There are only 13 episodes in the season. This is the new Supernatural since that show is horrible now. I would say it's equal to the best Supernatural seasons. I can't wait to see the 2nd season. If it's short again I might just get the Blu-ray since I'm going to get the first season. It's that good and spooky with all the stuff happening in the small town of Sleepy Hollow.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite new show. Love the writing, acting, set decoration, costumes, and, most importantly, the chemistry between the actors. Especially Ichabod and Abbie. I love how they throw little bits of humor in here and there. I can't wait for season 2. I'll probably buy season 1 when it comes out on DVD.

The season finale was excellent. Really excited for the next season.

I would say it's horrible. It got to the point where I couldn't watch anymore. There are better shows on. And Supernatural is a shell of what it was originally.

It makes me sad to agree with you. It was such a good show. I think they've overstayed their welcome. They're dangerously close to jumping the shark.

I think it was still renewed for yet another season too.

Supernatural jumped the shark a long time ago.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this series. I really like the casting especially the addition of John Noble as a reoccurring character. The season one finale ends with a great cliffhanger.

The season 2 premiere was pretty fun.

SPOILERS

I really liked the imagery of the body-less armor with the flaming sword in hand at the end.

I thought the second episode was even better. Ben Franklin created a Frankenstein monster! I kind of hated seeing Captain Irving locked up and I wasn't expecting Henry to show up as his lawyer. Jenny just can't stay out of trouble. The special effects makeup used on the Kindred looked great and its battle with the horseman and Henry's suit of armor was pretty epic.
