I really liked the Australian dude in Wolf Creek, the head vampire in 30 Days of Night, Sean Bean in The Hitcher, Otis in House of 1,000 Corpses, Pinhead, Hannibal Lector, and Victor in Underworld.

From the 1978 movie "The Manitou", Misquamacus. He is a Native American shaman reborn in a huge tumour on a woman's neck. Very unsettling and actually pretty cool imo.

I also like mr Myers, just because he is so quiet and relentlessly evil, and the fact you never really see his face, even in the sequels when someone could have shown it for the shock and surprise factor, but didn't, makes him more cool!!

I agree with MR Pinhead. Intelligent Evil is much more twisted then a mindless zombie.
