"The Water Horse" 8/10

A wonderful movie for the whole family and even exciting at the end.

"Goosebumps" 7-8/10

I'm sure this movie is all R.L. Stine fans wet dream. I am not one of them as I'm simply too old. Compared to the Goosebumps and Are You Afraid of the Dark tv series this one actually had good acting, but the many over-the-top action scenes got a little tiresome for this old timer.

I'm sure young horror fans will have a blast with this one.

Goodnight Mommy

Wow, I really was getting into this one and then the ending happened.....WTF??!! Why can't writers be more creative with their endings??!!

B-

Cooties

I usually hardly ever like horror-comedies but this one was great!! Omg, loved the script and the acting!!

A+

The Stanford Prison Experiment

I have always been a huge IFC fan and this was another underrated, good movie that I heard nothing about. Family Video does awesome by carrying independent films and shelving them right at eye level so they do tend to get your attention,

A

Dark Summer

Lame........

Krampus - fun Xmas horror from the guy who gave us Trick R Treat. Very much like Christmas Vacation meets Gremlins.

Victor Frankenstein - Enjoyably over the top nonsense that bears little semblance to the book. The Hobbit is pretty good as (fake) Igor and James McAvoy chews the scenery up as the nutty Doc.

Saw Krampus this afternoon. I enjoyed it. It was a bit like Grabbers - some laughs, some jumps.

Watching The Pyramid right now.

Just saw Krampus myself. I would recommend it to horror aficionados.

Saw Pyramids when it first came out, in cinema. I thought it was ok.
