Jason Crockett is an aging, grumpy, physically disabled millionaire who invites his family to his island estate for his birthday celebration. On the night of his birthday the frogs and other members of nature begin to pay Crockett back.

Phantom's Review: One of many "Nature Strikes Back" films that came out in the '70's. The acting is quite good, considering what the plot is and what the actors had to work with. The film is wonderfully shot, but ultimately it's just a schlocky, low budget horror film that isn't the least bit scary. The film can be entertaining if your in the right frame of mind or just want to revisit the glory days of the '70's.
Yeah, nice choice and solid review, Phantom. I really get a kick out of this movie. Just cheesy enough to give you a giggle and still high quality enough to merit the audiences attention. I'm a fan of Frogs, and will be until I…croak!

Oh, who didn't see that coming??

Ya know, I had the same experience with Linnea at a Monster Mania several years back. What a doll! I'm really glad you feel the same way.

The only bad celebrity experience I had was Robert Englund. Not friendly at all. My favorite so far is Nicholas Brendon.

That's not fun to hear. I know everyone has bad days but when you're selling something to a person, signature or otherwise, and you're being handed money, it's nice if you can be polite about it.
My only unpleasant horror celeb experience was Danielle Harris. She was really rude to almost everyone in line ahead of us, so we split before we even got to her table. I can't stand that kind of stuff.

This makes me sad. I love Robert Englund & always wanted to meet him. I wonder if he's always like that?? Love Nicholas Brendon too.

Yeah, it was a pretty big disappointment. I was kind of excited to meet her, but we walked away instead. I try to be fair, so I would bet for every negative experience one has with these folks, there's a positive encounter. People have shitty days.

It is indeed cheesy, but like The Phantom said, if you're in the right frame of mind, well worth checking out.
My wife really likes this movie...she's an ecologist at heart, but it might have something to do with the unfairly handsome buffed Sam Elliot who has his shirt off a few times here...of course, she swears that's not the case..right!

Haha! Not a thing wrong with that. For the fellas, Joan Van Ark, Judy Pace and Lynn Borden are certainly easy on the eyes. They DO leave their shirts on, however.
