i like tim burten mainly because he directed/created A Nightmare Before Christmas which came out when i was about ummm 6 or 7 maybe 8 i dunno but thats been my favorite movie for a long time i dont think it falls into the horror catagory but still hes kool. sally the girl created by dr. vickelstien (bad spelling) was the first character from a movie i ever wanted to be (the whole removable limb thing was really kool when i was like 8) so ya tim burten gets my vote

Hey all. Just wanted to say I voted other. F.W. Murnau will always slay everyone, Faust was just so goddamn good. 2nd I'd say is Dario Argento.
