Seed People
I saw this movie a long time ago when i was little and ive been wanting too see it again but cant find a site with it! I dont remember who the director is or anything, i just remember its about a meteor that comes down and people start turning into monsters aka seed people. Really crappy effects and kills but a good overall old movie

It might be this one - sound a bit of an "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" rip-off.
