If you like the original, you'd probably like the remake. High production value. Cool opening. Then old ground. It's pretty forgettable.

"Possession" (1981) 6/10

A tour de force in acting by both Sam Neil and Isabelle Adjani, but I wonder if either of them were actually proud of the outcome of this movie or they thought it was complete garbage.

First 50 minutes were really boring, then it turned really weird in a Naked Lunch/Videodrome kinda way. Needless to say I didn't get it. I believe it was just weird for the sake of being weird.
