I saw a docu on 'the making of...',
and he was telling this story about when they were driving around after filming and he hadn't taking his make-up or anything off yet.
They were pulled over and he was still 'in character' and scared the cop.
Priceless.

I think Frank Black (Millennium) was his best role. He really brought a depth and nuance to that character that I think would have been impossible for another actor. I really miss that show. I haven't seen a major network show of that caliber since.
