Enough time has gone by that now music from the hair bands is considered classic rock. Having lived through this craze, I can't begin to tell you how much I hated it; in particular the token ballad every hair band felt necessary to do.
Off the top of my head, songs I really hated: Cherry Pie - Warrant The Final Countdown - Europe Living On A Prayer - Bon Jovi Every Rose Has Its Thorn - Poison Here I Go Again - Whitesnake

I like Led Zeppelin, CCR, Iron Butterfly, George Thorogood, Derick and the Domonoes (Layla), only cause it is what they played in the movie Good Fellas, when the one couple got their heads blown off in the Cadilliac.) There are others, naturally I can't think of them right now. I'll get back to you all soon.
