Solid 8/10. Going to check out the remake at some point, though I usually find remakes rather contrived and the originals innocent and great fun!

(well, except for that rather uncomfortable scene with the father and daughter)

WHO SLEW AUNTIE ROO (1971). Very odd "Hansel and Gretel" story that is livened by some serious emoting by Shelly Winters. **1/2
