2K has confirmed that the first Bioshock 2 DLC will be available to download from next week.
The pack, entitled 'The Sinclair Solutions', will be released on the PC, PSN and Xbox Live on March 11. Players will now be able to increase their rank to level 50, as well as gain access to 20 new trials, two additional characters and five new masks. The pack will cost 400 Microsoft Points on the PC and Xbox 360. PS3 owners will be charged £3.19. The DLC is the first in a planned series of extensions. 2K Marin previously stated that the single-player campaign will be updated to provide a "new insight into the world of Rapture". Bioshock 2 was released on the Xbox 360, PC and PS3 on February 9.

Found this review hilarious:
http://www.crunchgear.com/2010/03/03...on-bioshock-2/ OK, so the game has massive plot holes and there's a lot that just doesn't really MAKE SENSE, but honestly I enjoyed it... It extended my stay in Rapture, and I liked that. Wondering what other people thought of it. The only other person that I know who played the game hated it, for the above reasons. It didn't really do a whole lot NEW for the game, honestly, and it's clear that it's just a way to get more money, but damnit I love Rapture and that whole creepy world. |
