Battle Angel the movie
I don't know if anyone here has every heard of "Battle Angel",Based on the graphic novel by Yukito Kishiro.Story is on this cyborg little girl set in 26th century and she kicks ass!Now James Cameron is said to direct and have a open casting call for the lead role to play Alita.(thats angel for ones who don't know who Alita is.)I have the dvd copy its a great story two part but not long enough.I hope its filmed.The story has horror tones and sci-fi,But you fall in love with this girl and feel for her soul. :D

I've seen the anime, which was pretty decent. As I recall, Cameron has been talking about making a live-action movie for several years now, so it's a little questionable as to whether or not it will ever materialize.
