A local Blockbuster's is going out of business so they're selling almost all their DVDs for 7 bucks a piece, lucky me. :D I got:
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) Harold and Maude (1971) Friday the 13th (1980) The Blair Witch Project (1999) Dracula (1931) Hard Candy (2005) Cabin Fever (2002) High Tension (2003) I also got a big ass framed Clockwork Orange poster for thirty bux, and Rue Morgue's "200 Alternative Horror Films You Need to See" for 8 dollars.

Picked this up today:  Mostly from the 60s and 70s, the only recognizable star (to me at least) being Cameron Mitchell. All used videos (dvd and vhs) are 50% off this weekend at the local music/video store which means this only cost me $3.50. The trick with flicks like these is not to judge them on their entirety but on their component parts. They can be hit and miss and the best one can do is hope the good parts outweigh the bad.

The Midnight Horror Collection- Hoboken Hollow, Secrets of the Clown, Room 33 and Curtains. All cheesy sounding horrors (which I love)!
Rammbock: Berlin Undead Scarecrow- another cheesy low-budget looking movie.
