I enjoyed this fast paced zombie tale. True, it could have used better editing perhaps but hey, we're talking undead lit here, not Pulitzer canidate! What I enjoy in zombie fiction is believeable characters that you can care about and the situation being a "what if...I were in that spot?". The characters were interesting and quite real even in the life or death moments. For the die-hard zombie fans there is plenty of gore and splatter to satisfy the goriest of tastes. It's a "good read". My only real complaint would be that I wanted to know what happened to them next. I would have liked to see a more solid ending ( even if a sequel is planned). I do not mean a happily ever after end, there could not be that in the scenio but at least a breathing spot. All in all, I recommend it and hope there is sequel soon.

I have read most zombie novels available on Amazon and not since Day By Day Armageddon have I enjoyed a zombie book as much as Zombie Fallout. If you liked Day By Day you will like this one to. This author followed the traditional notions of a zombie but has thrown in a few twists along the way which I felt really increased the tension. I loved this book from start to finish and look forward to the sequel.
