Yeah, those are good examples. Also, almost any David Cronenberg horror movie could be included in the sub genre.

I had wondered but wasn't sure. I like those types too, but for some reason I can't get through Human Centipede. That was just a little too fucked up for my taste. I was really hoping they were fixed to look like the thing on the cover. A long body with a lot of extra limbs. Wow was that misleading.

Jason X probably doesn't count does it? I think that's about the only one I've seen... But I did really like it. I really want to see The Fly though. Looks great.

I used to be into the classic slashers. I still am. But I used to, too. More recently I've been all about anything James Wan has his named attached to. As far as I'm concerned he's the best thing in horror right now.
