Yeah it's pretty crazy. Kinda reminds me of the older issues of Heavy Metal.

Which series is that? Like started when?

Getting my Detective comics #1000 and the rest of my standing order today.
So this will (largely) mark the end of my comics collecting career.

I mean I'll get Detective #1001 after...and just let my standing order wind down until I'm done with the rest of the series on there
*Gibson's Alien 3
*Bubba & the cosmic Blood Suckers
*Army of Darkness/Bubba Ho Tep
*The Immortal Hulk (which btw is an amazing return to much earlier form for the character and vibe of the comic)
*Labyrinth: Coronation (last one today I think)

Then I'm done.
I only came back on board a couple years back to get the Action and Detective #1000 issues, and always had to maintain 4 titles at a time to have a standing order...so I am...done.

So I read the latest walking dead...things didn't look good for Rick in the end of the last issue, and then...the first 5-6 pages of this issue?
Well holy hell.

I'd also like to strongly recommend if anyone can still get their hands on a copy of (most retailers are limiting it to one per customer)
Batman: Last Knight on Earth.
If you're into alternative takes and Elseworlds kind of stuff...it's a really good read, and an imaginative sample of this kind of "spin" comic.

From MONSTER BASH this past weekend,

CREEPY # 38

VAMPIRELLA #21

PSYCHO #15. Remember this from Sixth grade (Autumn 1973) and really liking it ("Special All Ghoul Horror Issue"). Has heald up pretty well and lots of good memories.

Also a lot of MONSTER BASH magazines.
