The Misfits would definately be on my list.
Solid band, and the band that really got me into metal and even punk. My top (5) bands DARKTHRONE (picture taken after other members left, and Zephyrous wandered into the woods and was never seen or heard from again) BURZUM (one man project of Varg Vikernes) PANTERA (can't go wrong with good 'ol southern ass stompin' beer drinkin heavy fucking metal) SLAYER (no explaination needed) ULVER (atmospheric/true black metal) |

Aerosmith
Pink Floyd (note: The second picture is NOT Pink Floyd, I just couldn't find a good picture of the band members, and this one kept showing up in the search results)

Led Zep was the same but they were photographed more in the later years.. I thought it was cool when you didnt know what the guys looked like. Both Zep and Floyd had that mystery about them for a long time and somehow it added to the music .. |
