Smile My novel, Shining in Crimson, has been nominated best horror novel of 2011!

My novel, Shining in Crimson: Empire of Blood Book One, has been nominated best horror novel of 2011 in the Preditors and Editors Readers Poll and as of this writing is in 4th place! Now, voting's open for 6 more days so, it probably won't win, but it's just nice knowing there are people out there who feel it is worthy of the title! Here's a link to the current poll results: http://critters.org/predpoll/tally_novelh.ht

"Part Underworld, part Escape From New York, Shining in Crimson is genuinely frightening, genuinely thrilling, but above all, first-rate storytelling. I'm a Robert S. Wilson fan from now on!"--Joe McKinney, Bram Stoker Award-winning author of Flesh Eaters and Apocalypse of the Dead

Thanks! It placed sixth, so even though it didn't win, I'm happy it placed well and that someone felt it worthy enough to nominate it and others felt it worthy to vote for! :)
