I used to be a big fan but now I can't stand him. He rocked his cokepowered corpse over her when Time Out Of Mind came out and did a show with Patti Smith.

What ? C'mon....

Bob Dylan is an American icon, one of the few greats we still have left.

I can't comprehend how someone "can't stand" Bob Dylan. Especially someone with a good musical taste ! That is blaspheme.

While Dylan doesn't still have "it"... That he had in his younger days. He'll even admit that.

He was a pioneer and a REAL original. And probably the only musician that could go from folk music into Rock N roll. His recent book is great, I highly recommend it. If you like artful, insightful books. You'll dig it.

You don't get more "American Music" then Bob Dylan. He is a purist.

He'll always have my respect
