Lyrically or Instrumentally?

I'm not too familiar with The Pixies, but the lyrics on 'Tyler' are some of the creepiest, eeriest ones I've ever heard.

For anyone that doesn't know, he just lets himself into this girls house while she's sleeping, helps himself to a beer and then watches her sleep. Fucking creepy...
