searcing for a book

Hi I am searching for a story i read about 15 years ago but cant remember the exact title.

The front cover of the book had a picture of a girl she looked like a russian doll in flames and blood. I think the book was called Judgement Night or Judgement Day.

The story is about a family man, woman and daughter moving to a new town with a secret. A young girl was killed in the town and most of the towns people knew about it or played a part. I think she was raped and murdered. She was a teenager she sets about getting revenge on all the people involved in her death. She does this by possessing the young girl who has recently moved to the town.

Can anyone help me identify this book. It was a great read i'd love to read it again.
