it was good but was more of an action movie then horror not to mention they shouldnt made the zombie uber fast

yeah but at least the world would have a chance everyone knew those guys were dead from the start and luckily i didnt leave before the credits were over so i saw they all died

I'm suprised The Excorcist didn't get many votes. I always felt it was easily the "scariest" movie of all time.
I like a lot of the older movies, like The Omen and Rosemary's Baby. The classics like Dracula and Frankenstein are great. Where would movies like King Kong and Jaws go? Then you have the newer movies like Elm Street, Hellraiser, Pet Cem, Shining, Candyman, Reanimator, etc There are a ton to choose from. I don't know you can possibly put Freddy vs Jason anywhere near these movies though.

If we are trying to stay with 'the classics' then Halloween is the best. I would have said Friday the 13th, but Jason doesn't even show up until the second, and doesn't get the mask until the third. But if we are talking recent movies, then I would have to say the both Ginger Snaps movies are the best.
