Lots of Bands for you guys

Ok. So most everyone here hates the music I listen to, but some people have found something they liked, so i'll just post a ton with a description. If you decide to listen to one or something please tell me so I know this won't be a complete waste of time.

going down my playlist...

3 doors down- Just rock, most everyone knows them.
30 Seconds to Mars- Loud rock/alt, almost screaming but not totally. powerful.
New found glory- I dunno why I have them, cant stand them.
AFI- Suck it, I like one song. They're your typical emo/screamo band, ur choice.

Alien Ant Farm- This is an awesome band. Plain rock, nothing out of the ordinary, a little on the metal side, but not hardcore or anything. @Return, you would probably like them.

All American Rejects- yeah... they're just kinda there.

Arctic Monkeys- Pretty good band. They're English I know that. rock.

Avenged Sevenfold- Hardcore metal, suidicidal rampage, whatever. theyre ok

Ben Folds Five- Mostly softer piano/rock, great band.

The Bravery- I like a few songs, techno/rock

Breaking Benjamin- Great band- hard rock, not hardcore.

Buckcherry- don't ask, just listen to crazy bitch.

Cobra Starship- Random alternative band, I like them.

Coldplay- =) you guys already know about them from my ranting and stuff.

Collective Soul- Rock, they're good.

Crossfade- Great rock band, not hardcore or anything.

Death Cab for Cutie- Amazing band, soft rock, yeah.

Foo Fighters- Rock, they have some good stuff.

The Fray- Somewhat christian, haters beware. Soft rock mostly.

Fuel- Great rock band

Gorillaz- Great rock/pop band, very upbeat.

Guster- soft rock, most of you will hate them.

Hinder- just some random new rock band, ok.

Jack's Mannequin- rock/piano @Return, I think you would like some of theyre stuff.

Jet- Awesome rock band

Linkin Park - been around a while, I don't really like them, just 3 of theyre songs.

Mae- rock/piano/ soft, theyre one of my favorite bands now, but a lot of you would hate them with a passion, some may like though.

Motion City Soundtrack- Ok band, rock. typical teen band.

The Offspring- Great band, rock.

OKGO- Awesome rock band, most of you would like something by them.

Panic! at the Disco- Typical weird emo band, lots of haters. I like.

Red Hot Chili Peppers- Great, GREAT rock band.

Red Jumpsuit Apparatus- Great rock/screamo band

Seether- Great rock/ some metalish band.

The Shins- I like them a lot, Indie, rock.

Sr-71- basic rock stuff, really great band.

Staind- Ok rock band, couple awesome songs.

Sugar Ray- 90's rock deal. Great, great band but a lot of people don't like them.

Sugarcult- Typical regular rock band.

System of a Down- Great hard rock band, a lot of you will like.

Taking Back Sunday- meh, i like 3 songs. rock/alt.

Third Eye Blind- Great 90's band, a ton of awesome songs. Return.. again, go listen.

Reel Big Fish- Really good rock band, check them out.

White Stripes- Amazing rock band, lots of artsyish songs. Great band.

left out a few but there are some great bands in there, check some out.

They're not bad, Ive listened to some of their stuff before. I have Smooth Criminal (of course) and Bug Bytes on my Ipod.

No thanks. I dont know a whole lot of their stuff, but more than enough to know Im not a fan.


Otherwise, I agree with Chainsaw: Alot of 'em arent too bad, but switch off the Top 40 for awhile and branch out some!

AFI and OKGO have one good song each ("Miseria Cantare" from AFI and "Here It Goes Again" by OKGO). The rest I could go the rest of my life without having to listen to again.

Im not into the whole scene thang.

But RBF is good. And System of a Down.

I dont see any HIM or Misfits though...

And new Misfits suck. But I'd rather listen to that over Alan Parsons Project.

As for the list. Maybe its just better not stated. No matter how tempting.

Some people prefer Dolly Parton over Eric Clapton.

They may be trailer trash. But that doesnt stray from the fact that people have their opinions...as this fellow would rather listen to the All American Rejects compared to Velvet Underground. Doesnt make him a horrible person. But it is rather discouraging.
