Looking for a short film

Hi, I’m from Canada and in the early to mid 00s I caught the end of what I believe was a short film on the Canadian “Space” channel.

I tuned in as a woman was holding a video camera, and from that POV she is taking a video tour around a house I’m assuming she was moving into.

At one point I think she may hear a noise, and then she finds a teddy bear or another stuffed animal in a room that she recognizes and I think she says someone’s name, like the toy makes her think it belongs to a loved one?

Then she may hear another noise and she is scared and runs down the stairs and out of the house. She gets in her car and she films the mirror, and we see a young girl with blood on her face.
