Exclamation Kraken lair discovered

http://news.yahoo.com/lair-ancient-k...165004288.html

A giant sea monster, the likes of the mythological kraken, swam Earth's ancient oceans, snagging what was thought to be the sea's top predators — school bus-size ichthyosaurs with fearsome teeth.

The kraken, which would've been nearly 100 feet (30 meters) long, or twice the size of the colossal squid, Mesonychoteuthis, drowned or broke the necks of the ichthyosaurs before dragging the corpses to its lair, akin to an octopus's midden, as proven by study researcher Mark McMenamin, a paleontologist at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts .

I was expecting images in the article. I might have to check out that Kraken Tentacles of the Deep movie though.

Yes, do that. It's co-written by one of the old HDC members.

Somebody did something to the script. It had several drafts after I quit the project. My version was a Scilla and Charibdis tale set off the coast of Gibralter

Yes.

Definitely wasn't a movie he was proud of. I liked it tho. That one and Mammoth.
