Vincent Dawn doesn't ring a bell for me.

The look of the pic looks late 70's or 80's. More than that, the hair style is 70's, but forever for Hollywood kids. The blood splatter looks that same time period. He doesn't look like a zombie, but his expression is of an attacker, but it could be shock, but I kind of doubt it. Also, the concentration of blood around his mouth makes it look like he was doing the biting.

I'd also be guessing The Crazies, Martin and It. ???
