See i'm actually ok with this. Van Helsing was okay but it i thought it could've been better.

Yeah he definitely won't be as dark as the role should call for but i don't think Hugh Jackman was all that good as Van Helsing either. He's a terrible choice i'll give you that but i'm just hoping it'll be good despite it. Maybe he'll surprise me. I thought Heath Ledger was going to make a terrible Joker but he was awesome. Tom Cruise is no Heath Ledger though. I feel like he'll be smiling the whole movie which would just ruin it. Still though i'll check it out.

I liked the idea of the original movie, I just wasn't a fan of the CGI/Design of a few things (like the Frankenstein monster). It had a lot of potential though. I'm open to seeing a new one although I have to concur with terrible casting choice in Tom Cruise.
