In 1976, The Omen was unleashed on horror movie audiences. In the thirty years since, the original film - starring Gregory Peck and David Warner, and directed by Richard Donner - has become one of the undisputed classics of modern horror. Like many other horror classics, The Omen will rise again. On June 6, 2006 (that's the sixth day of the sixth month of the sixth year of the century), The Omen remake (sometimes referred to as "The Omen 666") opens in American theaters.
The new version of The Omen boasts some big name stars, including Julia Stiles and Mia Farrow. Will modern special effects and big name stars help the movie come close to the legend of the original? Horror.com's Staci Wilson sat down with some of the cast of the new film - and some very special guests (ever heard of "demon experts"?) - to find out what they had to say about The (new) Omen.
