This coming weekend, December 1st, 2006, horror movie fans are going on a trip to Brazil. "Turistas" is the new horror movies from director John Stockwell (Into the Blue). The film's gore score has some early reviewers comparing it to "Hostel". The plot of "Turistas" revolves around a group of friends backpacking in remote Brazil. Everything is going alright -- until they wander into a seemingly friendly town where nothing is quite as it seems, including the local people.
"Turistas" stars Melissa George (Amityville Horror 2005), Josh Duhamel, Olivia Wilde, Desmond Askew, Beau Garrett, and Max Brown. Recently, Horror.com's Staci Layne Wilson sat down with Melissa, Olivia, Beau, and Josh to talk "Turistas" - here's what was said:
