Ghost Stories & Scary Animals Invade Amazon

We've got some horror related news that's also Horror.com related - sort of. Horror.com's favorite interviewer, reviewer, event cover-er, and all around horror-head Staci Layne Wilson has just published a couple of new books. Yes, somehow Staci finds the time to write books in between all of her other assignments. We figured that she wouldn't mention the books herself, so we decided to do it for her. Both of the books are horror related, so check these out (if you can read):

50 Years Of Ghost Movies (Amazon.com Link)
Covering the classics from 1935 to 1985, 50 Years of Ghost Movies shows the evolution of the ghost movie genre. Each film listed in chronological order by year, and alphabetized for easy reference is described in flash-format with a brief synopsis, while others are reviewed in full. All of that and a whole lot more.

Animal Movies Guide (Amazon.com Link)
A comprehensive guide to animal movies and animals in movies. This book is not just about horror movies, but it has a big section on animal related horror movies, and there are plenty of them -- Cujo, anyone?
