The Adventure Company shipped the Czech made PC horror game "The Black Mirror" to North American stores this week. "Mirror" was originally released only in the Czech market, but it has been translated to English for release just before Halloween.

The game tells the story of an Englishman who returns to his chilling childhood home to investigate the death of his grandfather. After reading the dead man's journal, he learns that the death is linked to a string of mysterious deaths and unexplained events dating back 100 years. The further he digs into the house's past, the more our hero figures out that he himself is at the center of the unfolding mystery.

"The Black Mirror reminds me of a thrilling horror movie," says Renata Richardson, of The Adventure Company, "You know you might have nightmares for the next week, yet you keep watching, with one hand over your eyes, until the very end."
