Tobe Hooper Set To Drop 4 By '04

Horror legend Tobe Hooper ("The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", "Eaten Alive", "Tales From The Crypt", etc.) has four - count 'em, four - upcoming horror projects. The first one is a remake of The Toolbox Murders starring Angela Bettis ("May").
Up next is "Return of the Living Dead 4" and " Return of the Living Dead 5". The latter two flicks were written by genre actor William Butler (Leatherface) and newcomer Aaron Strongoni. The fourth in the series is subtitled "Rave from the Grave" and the 5th one will be called "Battalion." There is no casting news on the Return sequels.
His final project is called "Brew", and is about a man who inherits a brewery which is inhabited by the living dead. "Brew" stars (are you ready for this?) Brad Dourif, Amanda Plummer, and Bill Moseley. Maybe these films will bring Hooper back to the brilliant horror fans know he's capable of making.

| i like the stuff on the site. i think the makers should make a live action or computer generated horror flick containing Jason, Freddy,Pinhead,Michael Myers,Leatherface,Candyman,Chucky,and yes the ghostface of scream and the fisherman of last summer. put um all together in one cool flick. that would be awesome. | |
