After buying several appliances from ge appliances, I can confidently say that the products are reliable, but my experience with customer service wasn’t the best. When one of my items arrived damaged, I had to spend a lot of time on the phone to resolve the issue. While the quality of the appliances is good, I expected better responsiveness from their support team.
