Has anyone upgraded their package with Celebrity Cruises? Was the experience worth it, and did celebrity cruises customer support handle any hiccups?

My partner and I booked a standard package but decided to upgrade mid-trip for access to better dining and perks. It was a great choice overall, but the process was a bit confusing, celebrity cruises customer support sorted everything out and even gave us recommendations for onboard activities. If you're thinking of upgrading, plan early because popular upgrades can sell out fast. The service team made the switch hassle-free, though.
